Message In oklahoma, there are a couple of ways off apparently. one way is when you get pulled over to ask if you were being gunned or paced. if you were being paced (followed) and you saw the officer follow you for over 3 miles, then apparently the ticket could get waved officer stalking apparently (was told this by a summer school teacher, so take it with a grain of salt).
If you were gunned, ask to see the radar. If the officer refuses, then when you go to court, your ability to question the officer's motives are much easier "I saw that I was doing the speed limit and I got pulled over. I questioned the officer on how fast he had me going and asked to see the radar as I didn't think I was speeding, but the officer refused" etc. (again, summer school teacher).
Lastly, in the city of Edmond, apparently if you have your speedo recalibrated more recently than the officer's and he paced you, if you say you weren't speeding, then apparently the ticket is waived (again, summer school teacher).

Take all of this for what it's worth. Most important point to make is this: Know the laws! Most cities have a loophole here or there, because you never seen councilmen/councilwomen getting tickets or show up in court, now do you?
